Charming fixer upper

My sims has been stuck on “Now I see why this was listed as a charming fixer-upper!” And all my characters and buttons has disappeared. Also I can’t control or interact with anything
technical issues

@EA_Solaire I have done troubleshooting steps already but it hasn’t helped. Do you have any more suggestions??

Let's test your account on a different device and see if the issue happens there as well please.

    @EA_Solaire I did it on another device but it’s the same problem?? I don’t know what else to do🤔
