[Closed] Having to re-pay for sims slots

Do you have a picture of the third playable slot open? The first two slots are free and the third one you have to pay for. From the pictures posted it appears that you never opened the third slot. If you did open the third slot and it closed then it's a bug. Contact customer service and they could look into your game and reimburse you for the simcash. But only if you actually opened up the third slot in the first place. Normally the slot stays open. Same with the fourth slot. 😃
