Complaint : I received no compensation

I'm writing to complain again about the unreceived compensation that Ea promised.

Last weekend I esperienced problems with the  connection and I couldn't play the game, but I didn't received anything, no simcash,  no simoleons. That's unfair.

Morever I read that some players received this compensation multiple times, while I had nothing.

Plus, no one from Ea is answering. 

I hope this problem will be fixed.
