No luck so far. This "customer service" rep is not very helpful. Dangit EA, I'm trying to give you MORE money! It shouldn't be that hard!
ha! I’m with you, willing to spend more money here but no help at all.
My friend got the middle pack and wanted to upgrade but the response he got was a long the lines of ‘the game won’t allow doubles, since he paid for a pack which has items in the larger pack the isn’t a way for EA to double up’ (that was him over phone telling me this so would rather something concrete from EA). Personally if this is indeed true (& not just a pals exaggeration) they should make an upgrade solution which factors in the cost of the pack we already have e.g ‘since you paid for X click here to upgrade to the rest’... something like that.
Total messed up job, should have released all three and let us consumers pick which one.
I want the top one for the hair and jump suit 😭

Tell me about it. I've been fighting with them for over an hour now. I WANT those other items. I'm running a vblog as part of a project intended to become a career, and I can't make it a career if I can't show my viewers the items. Grrrrrr. There are so many better ways to do it. I'm loathe to quote City Girl Life as an example of a way to run a game, but the way they do it is like this:
Okay, I've just spent two hours
making angry noises attalking to EA and finally got an answer. Confirmed: they can't upgrade our packs, even if we pay more, because the system isn't in place to do it. However, the CSR also mentioned that the devs definitely read the forums so if we want something changed we should make some noise over there.
