Deck The Halls Christmas Stairs block use of objects under them

I’d like to add to this - unfortunately, this isn’t the first staircase to do this. A lot of the staircases in-game have this bug. The Art Nouveau Staircase was the first one that I noticed did this, and it’s very inconvenient and annoying. You have to move the entire staircase to reach what’s underneath. After this staircase was introduced to the game, it seemed like almost every staircase afterwards (aka the ones that came after the Raise the Roof update and were not included in that update’s packs/events) has had that same issue. If you try placing anything directly underneath any staircase that isn’t the Back to Basics, Country Classic, Modern Marvel, Stair Necessities, or Steel Supported Floating Stairs, it’ll get stuck underneath and require you to move the staircase or put it in storage to retrieve the item that’s stuck.

Please fix the staircase footprints and make them all consistent with each other.
