    We apologize for the mix-up Downtown and have restored the disappearing Holiday Tree. Please restart your game to get the fix. Go forth and celebrate Winterfest!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Already decorated the Christmas tree once with 100 ornaments!!

Tap on snowflake icon at the top right > open the Activities tab > tap on the Go There button under the Winterfest Holiday Party

What do you expect to see? Giant Christmas tree instead of the globe with the painting

The issue just happens this morning.

Try restarting the game but the problem still persists.

(Also clear ram and restart the device)
