    They have fixed it yayyy! thank you so much sims gurus for the immediate fix.

    But, Izzy is still there, my downtown is still deserted haha

      Yes, they fixed it but I have to redecorate the tree again!!

      My downtown has stored back to the start of the Winterfest holiday snowy theme.

      An undecorated tree is better than a disappeared tree, I suppose.

      Hope it is safe to re-decorated it.

    Had the same problem, is it safe to redecorate the tree now? Or the ornaments will be wasted again?

      I have decorated the tree with 100 ,200 and another 300 ornaments. 

      It seems fine.
