Eco Workshop - Sims Festival Bug - Seasonal Task

Update:  A patch has gone live on the 15th of June which should help players with this. Please update the game asap. 🙂

Hello Simmers,

We’re aware of the Sim Festival bug that some players are experiencing where players who have completed the Eco Workshop are given the Season Task ‘Earn 400 Recycle Tokens’.

We understand that this Seasonal Task is unachievable for some players. There will be a fix in the next update where this task will not show to players who have completed the Eco Workshop.

In the meantime, players who have completed the Eco Workshop will be granted a free skip for this task. To be eligible for the free skip players must submit a support ticket via an In Game with their Player ID and screenshots of their fully upgraded Eco Workshop.
