Eco Workshop

I can't open Eco Workshop.I can't do the Eco Workshop.There's nothing that I can do.

I can't buy or open it. I can't do any Eco activities. You can get a workshop.Because the ID I used to play with was lost. Made my level 70+ disappear, but things like bed cabinets and various decorations in my house Sim relationship progress Various works that were previously done are still there. Made me press play again. But the one I can't open is Eco Workshop.
