I know the request disappears after some days. If this is the case, could you try to ask for the Sim to move in?
It is the third time that I have reported this error and a few days ago I found out that the game developers in the next updates will focus on solving errors in the game, for this reason I decided to continue reporting this error.
I hope that one day a developer of The Sims Mobile game will see my report and correct this error.

Hey, I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you continue having issues with the game! Apologies no one has reached out to you on this issue! There should have been some updates to the game that were similar to this.

@1004209487179 Hey, thanks for the reply, I see no issues with this currently but still poking around. Can you give me a breakdown of what steps you are taking to adopt?
Walk me through the rough what happens, and what you have done. If it is an account issue it would be corrupted data. With that, it's going to be limited to basically rolling back the account which we want to avoid.
Maybe there is a step we missed. I've adopted multiple kids, one about a week ago so it is working. It may be an isolated incident at the moment.
