Community Manager@1004209487179 I understand quite well what the specific issue is. I've worked on this game for quite a while. If you are following the steps to adopt, and have done so multiple times, OR the options in your game are not working as intended, that becomes a corrupted save issue.
This is not currently a gamewide issue as I and others were able to perform an adoption in-game. Community Managers are not a part of the games team and therefore we can only direct you on how to try to get it done, or where to go for support in order to have your game looked into. We are not support. We are not game developers. This is why we ask players to file a case so that the mobile team who can see into the saves can take a look.
