Hi @chelseanizzle and @plutjen, we weren't able to reproduce this on our end. Would you be able to get a video of this issue happening in your game to us please?

Hi @plutjen,

I might be able to help there.🙂 Would you be on an Android or iPhone?

  • iPhones have an internal feature where they can record what's on their screen. For steps on how to do this, this link from the apple help site will have more information - LINK
  • Depending on the Android device there may or may not be an internal capture built into the phone to do this - I'd advise using the search engine to find more information on how to do this on a specific android device. However if there isn't, there are apps in the app store that can help or you could take a recording of your screen from another device either. 

On sharing that footage, these are the ways that you can share user files and media with us on AHQ. I've listed these under the spoiler tag below:

    • The resulting YouTube URL can be included in a forum post, direct message, etc.
  • Upload with a OneDrive account

  • Upload with a Google Drive account
    • How to upload files to Google Drive: LINK

    • The resulting file download URL can be included in a forum post, direct message, etc.

These methods may have different file size restrictions (OneDrive or Google Drive is recommended for larger files).

    I didn't have time to figure out the video thing & now it's over, but when I spent the rest of my lemons, I won another one of the towers (different color)...never got it! It's pretty frustrating trying so hard on these events and then not getting the rewards that you've won. It seems it's only the bigger items I didn't get. The things I really wanted. (Could care less about getting 5 colors of some hairstyle). I just want the things that I won!

    Oh & BTW, ''tis is just a stupid little thing but why on the lemonade platter it shows a pitcher & several glasses but when you place them, there are no glasses on it? -js
