I have also tried using different adult Sims to initiate the make over. I have tried with tickets and with new purchases. The growth spurt quest is listed in my active quests. To complete it, make over a toddler or child. After multiple make overs on my toddler, the quest still will not complete.

This has been fixed in my game after today's update :eahigh_file: I gave a makeover (again) to one of my toddlers and was able to complete the quest.

I have done 3 makeovers on my toddler and the quest box isn't accepting it. What is going on?? I always save the makeover, but still nothing.

I have changed my kids appearance several times, buying items with simoleons and then again with tickets. Neither has worked. The quest won't complete. Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong? Not happy about the wasted tickets as I had planned on using them later today to create a new Sim. ☹️

I am having the same issue. I have tried both the free and ticket version of the makeover, on both toddlers and children, with both the parents and strangers.

Any relation to pre-existing, ongoing glitches that have never been resolved? Such as:
- Downtown empty (there are no blue plumbob players) while Izzy and a mannequin just stand there
- the Internet Icon Station shows up as new (the red dot/star) in my inventory every time I start the game
I have paid into the game here and there so it would be really nice to not see glitches pile up. I’m already working around the empty downtown scene. I love the new update- except for having to unlock the stories I’ve already completed. Off topic, sorry.
