[Fixed] Other players sim moved in but has trait left

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung galaxy s6 active
OS Version 9.3.0.148139
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 6FDR9QF
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure how you guys can find the bug. But i moved in someone elses sim into my household. Once the sim was able to move in it was already an elder. But it still had one trait to be unlocked. I filled the bar where it says " untill next trait" but i still havent unlocked the next trait. I use this sim alot and it does alot of activities.. im not sure what im doing wrong or how to fix this.
What do you expect to see? I would just like to be able to finally move this sim out.
Connection Type Wifi

Additional feedback I have attached two screenshots showing the sim

  • I checked and my version is 10.1.0 but the issue was not resolved for me... Should I try reinstalling the game? Would I lose my progress if my acct. is not connected to Google Play?

I solved the problem by getting my friend to move the bugged Sim back into her house. She says that she was able to move him out later. If you can get a friend or even a family member with a compatible device to take your Sim off your hands, that should help.
  • I'm the only one who plays it ☹️ and it might sound silly, but I do want her to show up in my Generations, especially after I've put so many weeks into her :/ -- but thank you very much for the tip!

Don't worry about the family portrait! They stay there even if they move out to someone else's game!

And as for the other part, maybe you can... ah, convince someone to help. By borrowing their phone and getting through the tutorial, if you know what I mean. Of course, maybe there'll be another fix later, but if it starts to drive you nuts, you know what to do. 😉
