How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on a child it won’t do anything
What do you expect to see? When I click on the potty or high chair it says my child is busy this was fine until I just done the update

When I click on the toddler it no longer lets me do any interaction with him at all can’t even get him to use potty or feed in high chair this was working until I done the update
I have this problem with a child. Today, I figured out he can only interact with his cousin VIA the contact list. I found this out because I upgraded the cousin to playable today and it’s the only source of communication I have with this kid. All I can do is switch outfits or give him a hug or praise. Not one other sim has access to him, not by tapping on him, nothing. If I click on the table to interact with him, it says he is busy and only my other child is available. This has been going on with him since the harvest event began. He did a teachable moment the day the quest began, the next event I did where he was kind of available was the cozy harvest event. He had a bubble above his head, but I clicked it and nothing happened. Then after that I lost all ability to play with him and he has not grown up. Sad to say, no one has been able to give me an answer on the issue. One person here tried to help me, but no one from EA has said anything about it.
