[Fixed] Sims getting younger/stuck

Some of my sims are showing up busy but they have been retired, also the one who was in an event with my child who is stuck at child age forever now was last in an event with one of my retired sims that is still busy. Below is a screen shot to show how both Octavia and October are showing up busy on my list of people I can call but they’re not busy, they’re not currently even living in my house. Both are not visible in my former generations in my family portrait. I’m not sure how this can be fixed. I’m worried it might not be fixed at all and my kid might be stuck for good.
