EA StaffThank you all for the reports. If you haven't already, can you please share your player ID and a screenshot of the exact Sim that is affected by this.
And if you remember, the day and time that you first noticed they went back to an adult instead of elder.

This happened to me Nov. 25, 2018 at about 1pm CST.
I took 2 screenshots. 1 of him just standing there. Thats all he does now and another of the family tree
This is probably the worst glitch possible, hopefully they find out how to fix it :/
- Are they still looking over the issue or did they just forget about it?
I don't think they have. We haven't had many patches due to Christmas, hopefully we'll get some fixes soon!
