What do you expect to see? i expect for the bubble to disappear when sim started hobby or being clicked on.

Bubble telling sim to start hobby does not disappear after being clicked. Sim has been doing the hobby and it is still there. It stays on the screen no matter where the sim is. Even when switching sims the bubble is on the screen.
