Game crashing

Hello everyone, my game keeps crashing even before it loads completely, I think it has something to do with a build I created on the Edgewater Quay lot because it has been happening since then. I have a lot of progress and don’t want to lose it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can clear that house lot even if my game is not working? Can the EA team help me out with this directly or is all my progress gone to waste? I also had a YouTube channel for my builds - Live My Sim Life, if you wanna check out, but because the game keeps crashing I am not able to upload videos anymore, it has been a long time and I have found no way out, please help!
