Game freezing after I start weekly party

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After I start my weekly party, game freezes on start up. Unable to play until after party ends. I cleared cache, data, restarted device. Uninstalled/reinstalled the game, restarted device AGAIN. Worked with support, but that's not exactly useful as they have me do the exact same thing.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully to not be frozen out of game, so I can actually max my rewards for party and actually play the game!
