I completed 3rd housemate hunt today of 5 days and unlocked the 3rd Sim slot (few hours ago). When I reopened the game after 2-3 hours, the 3rd Sim slot was locked, I restarted the device, I did ever...

Game had been stuck since New Japan download. Deleted game since I'm suppose to be able to download it all again, when I went to download it again everything was gone!!! It just has me start over from the very beginning. Is there anyway I can get all this work and money back???
