Community Manager@Storrybook7173 Hiya, what seems to be the issue?
My game crashed when one of my SIMS retired so I didn't get the retirement chest. I keep clicking in the game on help&about and then help. It takes me to the EA page and then I hit "contact us" becuase there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact help through the game.
Then someone from EA emails me, gives me instructions to keep my phone from crashing (even though I provide my Game ID and tell them I'm on an ipad). Then they tell me to ask for help through the game and give me the instructions to click on help & about ...
Well I've done it twice now and I'm getting really frustrated. I am asking for help through the game. I am following the instructions. I'm just about ready to delete the game, even though I put real money into it.
