My account was moved to the ghost server after my account was credited with a large Tapjoy offer (advertised in the game during their 2-for-1 offer last week). I did not cheat, hack, or mod my game. My account was credited a few days after I completed the purchase (it was the Factor ad for $15k simcash). I have already filled out the Ghost Server form on Twitter and DMing the Gurus and haven't’ received a response. I do not want to start my game over to get back on the main server. This has happened to a few of my Sim friends on Reddit and Discord who have also done a Tapjoy offer recently and were moved off the main server. It is very upsetting to do something advertised in the game and then be penalized for it. If the Tapjoy offers are going to trigger a ban, they shouldn’t be advertised. PLEASE HELP.
Same situation, playing on iPod gen 7. Donated to charities through offer wall and cannot see my friends’ parties. Player ID available if necessary
Hey Draco,
im still, as of this post, on the ghost server and no one has helped regardless of where ive asked—here, twitter, email, in app help. It’s been futile. There is little to no interest in resolving issues with the sims mobile game. It’s very alienating, especially since it seems EA expects people to go play another Sims game and abandon Mobile.
