I neeed help seems like the screen is stuck on this part I tried reinstalling and deleting the app but it doesn’t seem to help

If your game is stuck on the tutorial and can't move forward, I would delete the game and download again. The tutorial is the beginning, so you really haven't lost any progress.
Faster Forward is a tool to use up your Sim's stored energy in one shot to shorten or complete a work shift, hangout, or hobby session. Your Sim needs to be doing one of those three things before you can use Faster Forward. Honestly, I don't use it at all. You have to pay to use it. It's not worth it. It should have been free to use.
