I play sims mobile on j6 and graphics are rlly bad and i dont know where to change graphics or resolution Help pls

The J6 isn't a very strong phone. That's probably why the graphics are a bit bad. The game automatically adjusts to your device.
I play pubg on high without problem which is more demanding then sims
