When you say you are logged in, you mean in your system settings? You need to be logged into your Apple ID account in your system settings > Game Center.
If you are, but the game is still giving you that message, could you try to restart the game? You would need to completely close it, and then open it again.

7 years agoI’ve had the same problem and I looked on the Game Center and all it said was my name and what I’m allowed to do with it nothing about access to sims so please can you help me because I really enjoy your new game and I’ve got it on all my devices so I don’t lose my data. Thank you, much obliged.xxxx
