[Guide] How to save your game progress in The Sims Mobile

i already save my game before, i was get fience relationship with my another sims and already have a baby too, but yesterday the game always forced close when i try to play it. and then i uninstal the sims mobile, and reinstal, but when i choose to load my prev. game, my baby and my another sims was gone,i cant find them. but now my sims already married, and i confuse how to make a baby when i cant find the prev. baby
