Hi,
There’s is no unlock pad to unlock the fashion studio located in the Market Square. I’m on level 23.
Is there anyone else having this same issue?
I’ve attached two images of the Fasion Studio. As you can see there’s NO Padlock available to unlock the Fasion Studio.
I have worked hard to get to this level and I would hate to start all the way over.
please help!

And I would suggest contacting EA to see if they can fix it for you.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
