Holiday Hearth fireplace is missing!!!

Platform:Apple iPad

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have completed the 12 Days of Winterfest milestone progress and received the Holiday Hearth Fireplace on the iPad. On the Ninth Day of Winterfest quest, I already placed the fireplace. Due to I have to run an errand outside my home, I switch to play on the iPhone instead. After the game loaded on iPhone, I found that the fireplace was gone. I carefully look through my sims inventory, but no Holiday Hearth fireplace found. Also, the Winterfest quest is reverted back to Eighth Day of Winterfest (6/6), all my candy canes and fashion gems are also missing!!!! Could you please put it back for me? I really work hard to get this item.
What do you expect to see? Holiday Hearth fireplace should not be missing. Return all missing candy canes and fashion gems.

    Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
