How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a male Sim use the stork's visit bassinet. If they are in a deep relationship with another male Sim, you should have the option to have a child with them. (My male Sim is in a level 10, married relationship with someone else's male Sim)
What do you expect to see? I didn't select "adopt a girl/boy with...". I selected "Have a baby with..." and they literally went to the bed, like woohoo, and had fun.

Additional feedback I have nothing against gay (after all I did allow my Sim to engage in romance with another Sim of his gender) but this isn't right...If this isn't a bug, this is just unrealistic. Also, I apologize for posting two reports in a short amount of time. I discovered the bugs around the same time and then had to sign up for this site in order to report them.

It's not a bug. They added this feature in the sims 3 PC game with into the future EP and carried it into the sims 4. This mobile game is a dumbed down app version of the sims 4 for PC. It's a game not real life. Some people with same sex sims wanted the feature to have genetic children from their two sims rather than only being able to adopt. When you use the genetics in this game , the children look like both parents.
