House template materials

I recently got the pastel positano premade house template so I could get some of the furniture/decorations, but I noticed that the balcony railing along with some of the flooring materials are not able to be found  to purchase. I don't like the template at all and I want to bulldoze it but I am worried that I might lose those building materials? Will I lose some of those building materials if I bulldoze or will it just appear in my inventory?
