How do I start the new ASOS fashion story?

I’ve got the heirloom from this event. My fashion career is already level 10. Do I have to start a new fashion career with another Sim to start this new fashion story?

    Yes, you have to move the Sim out of the fashion career to another career. Then another sim with get both options with the briefcase in the studio. I tried to move my first one to chef and back to the studio but he didn’t get the two options like my other Sims did.

I moved my sims out of the fashion story and when I went back to start the Asos fashion story the option was not there. I have the heirloom & completed all of the Asos event. I have the heirloom in my house. Is there something else that I am doing wrong? Or that now the asos event is over the fashion story gone now?

    The story is listed on my career list but not when I start a new fashion story.

      Did you get the fashion heirloom? That’s what unlocks fashion forecast.
      I can access the old fashion career and the fashion forecast one, but I’ve completed both now and I unlocked something when I finished fashion forecast but I’ve no idea what.

      I don’t understand why the other careers are all listed under my career stories but can’t choose any of them 🤔

        Yes I unlocked all 3 trophies (screenshots in previous post). It was an issue with the character I was using, EA help finally gave me an answer and told me that characters who have done the fashion career wont be able to see the  "ASOS Fashion Forecast" career. You have to got and check on a different character that hasn't done the fashion career and then it shows up. I also found out on my own that "ASOS Fashion Focused" career wont show up if any of your characters currently have the photography career.
