I decided to get one of the special deals for $5.99 and assumed that the game would always have a special deal. Only now that I bought one... the ad for a deal is gone! Is this the one and only deal ...

I've purchased each deal that has been on sale. An offer appears, and you have a limited time to make the purchase.
If you had two offers of the $5.99 where you get two forms of currency, then I believe you get to only purchase one of them.
Surely, more deals will be offered in the future.
