How long does it take the icon hobby quest to reappear?

I've been playing for a few years and never got round to doing the icon hobby quest; thinking I could just get back to it. I've not noticed it for a long while... have I missed my opportunity or will...

    @5FIVETWO2 Do you mean the internet icon hobby quest? This quest is now part of the level progression. It will appear at level 25 and won't restart if the player fails to complete it.
