I went through lifestyle, counted how many plots I will be able to clear in total until highest lifestyle level.
I believe we are one plot short. Total number of plots is 36 but we can only clean up to 35. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Have I missed something?

You can clear the entire grid. Many of us have done it. I didn't count the number but you can definitely clear them all.
@SalixCat I think 35 is correct. I have 6 left to clear. The 7th one would line up with the back of the property but would send my Sims over the cliff. 😉😊

@SalixCat It is 36. The lot is 30 squares wide by 30 squares deep and each plot we clear is 5 squares wide by 5 square deep. So we can clear 36 plots of land...for now anyway. ☺But the original couple of plots were already cleared when the game first starts up...I think.

Hey guys! I'm gonna piggyback my question on this post, since it's closely related.
Due to a recent unfortunate incident, I've had to start over with a new account. I'm saving up all my simoleons--except for a few fashion necessities--to bring my house back to its former glory. One of the most expensive and time consuming things to save for is clearing land. And what I'd like to know is how much each plot of land costs to clear. I know it gets more expensive as you go. I'd really appreciate it if someone can tell me how much the increments increase by, if anyone knows.
1st = $280 (10 minutes)
2nd = $??
3rd = $???
4th = $????

I wish they stayed that cheap lol. I'm currently waiting on a piece of land to clear it cost a little over 31000 simoleans and will take 7 days to clear. After that I'll only have two plots left. 😅
