How to change the physical appearance of the children in sims mobile?

Last night my sister played the sims mobile using my account and she accidentally chose "adopt a baby girl". When I found out, I can't delete that baby like in the sims freeplay. Now I want to change ...

    You can now give your children and toddlers a makeover 🙂 Tap on the child and select 'makeover' at the left bottom.

No, there's nothing that can be done about this. You'll have to wait until they age up.

Okay, so when they do age up, how do you change their appearance? My kid grew up and got dreadlocks, which I want to change.

    @tienle_111

    You have to make them a playable Sim. If you have a free playable spot, you can add them and then change their appearance.
