How to place heirloom case??
I'm unable to figure out how to place the heirloom case into my sims house. Help please?

What heirloom case do you mean? I think the one that goes on the wall, have you tried a free wall?
If you have unlocked enough heirlooms you can place heirloom case available free in Buy -> Rewards (swipe left till the end of the category and you'll see it) -> Heirloom Display Cases 🙂
