How to start a hobby

Hey @rosemow, are the heirlooms for those special hobbies/careers, something we can find when we open an heirloom chest or is it only when we retire sims?

Hello @_Bulma_
I think that most of them can be obtained both ways, as well as being bought if they come up as a specific option in the heirloom store.
