I can't download Sims Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime

I am having some trouble downloading the Sims Mobile app on my phone. It says that my device is incompatible but the app says its compatible with Androids that are 4.1 and up. My android is a 7.0 and I'm still having problems. I even looked at my storage and it wasn't full. Is there anyway that you can help me?

That one I've heard often, from what we can tell it's just not strong enough to run the app...
