I didn't get my festival pass purchase
How can I get what I've purchase? Seems like EA's not fixing it .
Please help me out!

Is your pass still available for purchase? I would suggest you to ask for a refund at Google Play, wait until it's accepted, and then, try to purchase it again.
I had exactly the same problem. My first purchase didn't go through.
