I need help retrieving my old cloud save

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If the progress bar doesn't show a blue line (indicating the progress the player has made) in it while you choose whether or not you load your Cloud save at the beginning of the game, or start with a New Game—that's when you'll know that there's a bug.
What do you expect to see? My Level 22 Cloud Save to return to my game

Your game (The Sims Mobile) bugged on me. I play on Android.

I reinstalled the game, and then the bug happened. As I was supposed to be presented with my old cloud save the moment I hit Load Game, I was shown the opening sequence of the game (the intro where the game introduces your Sim to your first house).

This happened repeatedly for every uninstall-reinstall that I did, in hopes of getting to reload my cloud save right (the progress bar doesn't show the amount that I've filled on the screen). That's when I had the idea of making a New Game so that I get to retrieve my cloud save from there.

As I began my New Game, things operated as how it should be—the game started properly again and things went smoothly from there). That is until I decided to retrieve my cloud save.

There was no command that shows that I could, in my new game. So I decided to delete my data and download the game's resources again. Unfortunately, my old save was gone. All that's there is my cloud save containing the new game data that I was planning to retrieve my old game data from.

That's why I'm here now, contacting you guys so that you can fix this for me. Bummed out about it for a couple of days now since the incident.
