Do you have enough space to install the app?
The samsung galaxy tab 4 has the same specs as my tablet and I get not compatible and I am using the APK app right now and its running fine so I don't understand why I can't download it. It also gave me the free items so I am not sure why if my tablet is able to run the game why its not letting me use the app on google play.
Taking that one from the list, for now, could be that person was also using the APK.
From what I see it's correct the Tab 4 isn't compatible, I have reports of other devices that don't run the game with the same specs.
Is the game released in all regions? Google says a device is incompatible if you're trying to install from an unsupported location.
I tried to find it in the Google Play Store on my Nextbook Ares 10 A and it was not in there. I looked it up on my PC and it is in there. When I went to install it I found that it is not compatible with my device at all. I already submitted a post about it under technical.
