The Behr Family Den has been rescheduled. It will be available from 1st to 10th October 2023.
This is the reason it's disappearing for some players and it was not available at all for others.
Android user here. So I ran the latest update. So far the crashing bugs has been addressed, and yes I will patiently wait for the sunset jetty fix, but I think ( hopefully I'm wrong) we have another bug to add to the list. Again this is after the latest update sent out to android users.
For those iphone/iOS users, they haven't received the update but, their store pack access seems to be in sync with what's currently released as payable packs. They can see the Den house offer, and I can't. I've confirmed that some of us android users who ran the update can't also see that offer. I hope I'm wrong and that when the daily offers refresh it'll show up. But if not, pls add this to the list of bugs. Thanks.

Also another question, would every single pack be rescheduled since this one will be? I keep obsessively checking if the one scheduled for sept 29 will come up at all but my store offers aren't refreshing.
Okie dokie. I appreciate it a lot @SalixCat you're the best! I've been obsessing about it for days thinking I'm dealing w some unknown issue. I'll update you just in case my store doesn't re update. I'm keeping the rest of the players w the same issue up to date as well to confirm if their stores have refreshed. You're amazing! Thank you again !
I purchase this house template and it’s not in my home catalog. I got billed through Apple App Store. How will I be able to get my purchase? I purchased it in September.
