They will be taking their sweet time. For people who paid for the event like me I feel like I got effed by them. They want to take a week after it hasn't worked for a week to fox the bug. They are waiting until next update. Unreal. Trying to get someone to help you is like pulling teeth. This makes me never want to play again. It is during a festival and other events as well.
So. I guess I should just start burning money, same as giving it to EA at this point...
I might as well just quit now... I don't want to waste any more money when the product and support is so poor.
@EmmettDM92They took away the chat option now by the way. I can no longer even make cases about my account or anything. They have deleted comments here that were facts and not malicious to look better. But they removed the chat option. It was there before nine am EST (it did say it was overwhelmed and couldnt help me) as an FYI everyone
Literally! I spent so much time and money just to be trapped in Izzy’s closet with no way to get my awards! I lost over 200 Purple diamonds pressing claim thinking I could get out and now I’m stuck with only 14 and no way to exit!

just hopped on here because i'm havin this issue i was abt to finish the events but got stuck in the izzy thing which was for a quest too 🤦♀️
also lost my house on the sunset jetty which was just a template but still the big expensive sim cash one .
i stupidly spent sm money on this game and now it's so buggy 😔

Literally same! Was stoked to complete the treasure hunt event, spent heaps, not so many hours left and still no update 😪🥲 wish they’d compensate us for this
Fully agree! And they never reimburse us. The least they can do is reimburse ppl for the current event. I also lost out on an item I've been working on all week in the Eco Shop. So frustrating.
I hope there's so many refunds on this festival pass and treasure hunt that someone gets fired and they are forced to change.
This is the only way we will be treated better. If it hurts their bottom. I really hope someone got fired.
They are just NOW asking people to DM them for info about crashes and breaks in the game...and guess what? The DM link they posted DOES NOT WORK EITHER.
This patch was supposed to drop "early" this week. Is Wednesday or Thursday "Early" for them. What exactly have they been doing for the last week and a half???. Do they have like two people working on this game??
Unacceptable really just is not the word for what this dev team is doing to people. Robbing them of money and time. They're moving like frauds, there absolutely should be a class action lawsuit against this company
And let this next patch drop broken....I am going off like a rocket on these people. I almost lost 40 dollars on this update. I promise you I will never let this go until we ALL get what we want. I swear it. I am getting PISSED.
same problem here and EA will not allow me to post about it. Just in case they read this I’m just letting them know they got the last dime they are ever going to get out of me. I just deleted the app and will not be looking back. Hope everyone here has better luck than I am having.
