Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play Sims Mobile and purchased the recent festival pass. The other day, I entered Izzy’s Shop, and I am now stuck there. I have trie exiting the game, uninstalling it and reinstalling it. When I go to claim the design it kicks me out of the game. I cannot play the game at all.
