Thank you, I'm glad the screenshots show the problem easily 😉 Unfortunately, it still hasn't been fixed for this pack or the Bold Smokey glam pack, and at this point I seriously doubt it ever will.I don't know why it hasn't been fixed, it can't be that difficult to enable all colors for all skin tones, but I can tell you that after submitting tickets and sending several emails back and forth I've been refunded my original sim cash cost and also compensated with extra sim cash for both of those make up packs, so it might be worth a try to contact them. I'm hoping in the future at the very least they will change the way they advertise these items so players know exactly what they're getting.
It seems like they need more than better advertising; some of the colors just aren't ever available at all no matter the skin tone, from what I can tell. This is bizarre. I guess I may as well open a ticket, then. ☹️
Thank you for everything!

opening a ticket did nothing for me except make me increasingly infuriated. their CSRs are completely incompetent. FALSE ADVERTISING - but they can offer you 100 simoleons for your trouble 🙄🙄🙄

That's really demoralizing, I'm sorry. It's difficult for me to understand why they think that offer is anything less than an insult. You can get twice as many simoleons for watching a 30 second ad. Our actual money is worth way more than how they usually respond to problems involving real money spent.
Is there any way for us to actually get refunds for this (if they do not intend to fix it) without spending hours wrangling with support reps constantly denying us support after spending our hard earned money?
TBH I'd prefer it if they just give us what we paid for. I'm happy to let them have my money in that case!
