Lost earned and purchased items

I purchased the Third Storey pack on Sims mobile through Google Play. The transactions really went through, and I received all the items. Then, I closed the game for a while and when I reopened it, the items included in that pack were all gone. My earned items from Sims festival and treasure hunt are also gone. I checked them on the Sims festival tab and it says that I have received and owned them but there were nothing in the inventory. A few items that I have purchased for a long time before are also gone. I checked again on the offers tab if the Third Storey pack was still there, but no it wasn't there anymore. I think the progress might have been lost but I am not sure. I have tried reinstalling the game and also restarted my phone, but it is still like that. Please help me, lots of my items are gone.
