Lost Progress in The Sims Mobile

Hello,

I'm sorry, I wanted to try emailing the EA but I only found this forum. It seems that I lost all my progress in The Sims Mobile. I have reached Level 39 and when I opened the app its started from beginning, I had to do the tutorial but it stuck in the tutorial everytime I opened the app. Please reply.
