I had a problem awhile ago with my game on my iPad. I lost my game level 40 and I was completely disappointed. I was playing one event and let my iPad testing, when I loaded my game again it was on create a sims, level starting. I contact the support, explained my situation and they could recover my game. Always look for help and contact them. They are amazing and will do everything to help you.

@realfabiomello How long did it take for them to solve your issue? As in, how long did it take for them to get back to you after they sent your issue to the specialist? Just wondering! All I need is an estimation. I've been waiting patiently for more than 3 days. One email says 72 hours and it's been more than 72. Having a very similar issue here. Also dealing with losing all my progress, only difference is the way I lost it was through my battery dying in-game. (strange right?)

    I was about 3 to 4 days. Keep checking your email and your junk mail. Sometimes it’s there. Mark the address as safe. Good luck!
