This is my second attempt to solve this problem, and the aftermath that happened because of this. I hope that someone can help... here is the email reply to my help request I received:

[My reply to them...]
1) This issue happened because of a glitch in your software
2) I could not log on (as many other users also could not), the system was hung / frozen with the message "where is your connection?"
3) So i decided to reinstall, hoping that my game would be saved on the cloud as you said.
4) When I downloaded and tried again using the stored cloud data, it was corrupted, I had my character name, but lost everything else. Plus could not proceed with anything. Only alternative was to start fresh,
5) There is no record now on the cloud of my past progress.
6) Please, you need to help me restore to level 54, festival level 50, workshop level 3, 2 stories of house, 2 balconies, 15 heirlooms including Astronaut. Astronaut career and rocket in the yard, bathroom with upgraded bathtub, toilet and shower, 3 playable sims and 2 unplayable daughters in the house, 50,000 Simolians and 200 Sim Cash.
Can you do this?
Please let me know if this is possible.
